Nissan and Sony Team up for GT Academy

It is not uncommon for major auto makers to team up with entertainment companies for cross promotional events, even to give away some of their devices with the purchase of a 2012 Nissan vehicle. So, when the Japanese car company came back to join forces with Sony, it made complete sense.

Nissan Tennessee Plant Set To Expand

Since 1983, workers at the Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tennessee, have been building the Nissan Altima, Maxima, Xterra, and Frontier for American drivers. By this time next year, they'll not only be producing the completely redesigned Pathfinder and the all-electric LEAF, but the new Infiniti JX will be rolling off the assembly line there.
