Jaiden is by far the most patient salesperson I’ve ever met. I purchased a car but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to trade it in (was a process though) and, although I ended up spending more, it was money well spent. The entire team at Superior was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!
I recently went to this dealership needing a new car and I was helped by Jim Thompson. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He made sure I was completely taken care of. He went out of his way just to help me, even delivering a spare key for my new vehicle to my house. Everyone at Superior Nissan of Conway was very nice and helpful. Traveling through Conway, had a mishap on highway. My engine splash guard on my Infiniti QX50 came loose and was dragging on the ground. Came in at 7:00 AM and Superior had me out the door at 7:15 AM all fixed. To top it off “no charge”. As I waited that short 15 min, I read on the wall their commitment to their customers. What I remember is “honesty and fairness”. These guys really do practice it.

We had a really good experience buying our Jeep Cherokee Latitude. We had an appointment to test drive and it was ready for us when we arrived. Darius was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions we had. The sales manager and finance manager worked with us to give us a really good deal. Very happy with my experience at Superior Nissan! I’m inexperienced with the car buying process but they were patient with me and understanding when I mentioned I’d like to look at other dealers for better prices. When eventually I decided on them the buying process was awesome. The financing manager compared different price points and even added the extra warranty because it’s nice to have that in the back of your mind. Overall great experience and will always consider them for my next vehicle!
