Jaiden was a great sales person to work with. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't waste anytime to make sure that I got the vehicle I was looking for. Very pleasant experience working with Jaiden and everyone else from the manager to finance. They were prompt and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Jaiden is by far the most patient salesperson I’ve ever met. I purchased a car but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to trade it in (was a process though) and, although I ended up spending more, it was money well spent. The entire team at Superior was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out!

I recently went to this dealership needing a new car and I was helped by Jim Thompson. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He made sure I was completely taken care of. He went out of his way just to help me, even delivering a spare key for my new vehicle to my house. Everyone at Superior Nissan of Conway was very nice and helpful. No one was pushy and Jim really listened to what it was I was looking for and helped me get the right car for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Traveling through Conway, had a mishap on highway. My engine splash guard on my Infiniti QX50 came loose and was dragging on the ground. Came in at 7:00 AM and Superior had me out the door at 7:15 AM all fixed. To top it off “no charge”. As I waited that short 15 min, I read on the wall their commitment to their customers. What I remember is “honesty and fairness”. These guys really do practice it.

Abraham Henson and the Superior Team made my car buying experience stress free. We pre-shopped the Nissan Pathfinder very hard! They did not “pad” their price with “dealer add-ons”. The combination of great service and best price made our decision very easy!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I am from out of town but Abraham was amazing at keeping me informed on what was going on with the car I was interested in. When I arrived close to closing time, Abraham had the car our ready to test drive and was more than accommodating. Abraham was very helpful and not pushy at all through this process. I highly recommend this dealership and Abraham as your salesman!

Update. Bought my truck in November 2024, sale went well. After getting home I found the owner's manual portfolio was in the glove box, but missing all the manuals. When contacting my salesperson, I was assured he would provide me with the manuals. I have been told several times they were working "hard" to get my manuals and I have been patient for three months. I followed up earlier this month and feel now that I'm getting ignored. Furthermore, I reached out to their customer relations manager, who although is very polite, has not been effective in resolving my issue. Two days ago I called to speak with their general manager. Was told he was busy, so I left my number and requested a call back. As of now there have been no call back attempts. It may seem like a small issue not getting a manual that is supposed to come with the vehicle.....but when I'm promised something I expect the promise to be fulfilled. If they can't be trusted to follow up with this small issue, how can I expect them to take care of larger ones? Final update 3-7-25. After opening a complaint with BBB, the general manager called me. I have been provided a manual now and have no other issues with Superior Nissan. Other than their lack of follow up on my only issue, the buying experience was good. I'm very happy with my new Frontier.

Chandler is a great salesman! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional in how he conducted business, very real and honest in his dealings with my mom, wife and I. We had a really good experience buying our Jeep Cherokee Latitude. We had an appointment to test drive and it was ready for us when we arrived. I am very impressed with the service that I had received from the Service department. Yes, people complain about the dealerships high prices, but I have never heard of a bad customer service experience. My experience goes like this ..I went to the restroom, and I didn't see any hooks in there to hang my purse on (yes, that age group). Anyway, I came out there and gave them my two cents worth about that. Y'all, that lady march herself in that restroom and came back out and, "I had put a hook in there. So, next time you come in, there will be one there." 👀👀 WHAT?? Someone listened to my request.....Oh, my!!! It doesn't not stop there either. They will spend time on you to make sure you understand the service that they did and what they recommend. Afterwards, they will give you all of the promotions that they offer. Now, I don't know what dealership you go through, this dealership is awesome. Being a single woman and have to drive back and forth on the highway...... just to have someone to look at your car and tell you problems that are about to happen.....Man, all I can say is this is ALMOST like you have the Great I AM protecting you. I can go on, but I appreciate them so much. When I am able to, I will be buying another NEW car from them.

Very happy with my experience at Superior Nissan! I’m inexperienced with the car buying process but they were patient with me and understanding when I mentioned I’d like to look at other dealers for better prices. When eventually I decided on them the buying process was awesome. The financing manager compared different price points and even added the extra warranty because it’s nice to have that in the back of your mind. Overall great experience and will always consider them for my next vehicle!

We spent the entire day car shopping, all over Conway. We stopped and spoke with at least 8 different sales people looking for a specific type of car with a very strict budget. Over and over we were met with “oh I’ve got this if you’ll go a little higher” or “I know you want this type, but if you look at these over here..” I get it, sales people have to sale, but it started getting pretty frustrating listening to these guys pushing for a high sale instead of helping us find want we wanted.. We pulled into Superior Nissan as a last stop. My son was over it at this point. My husband and I felt like we weren’t gonna be finding a vehicle today. When the salesman walked out and introduced himself to my husband I almost didn’t even bother getting out, but he ACTUALLY LISTENED to our needs and asked if we’d like to see some cars. He showed us all our options and we jumped in a car and took off for a test drive. He sat in the back and cracked jokes with my son while encouraging me to turn the radio up and take it where ever I needed to so I could get a good feel. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car itself.. answering questions that I haven’t even asked, but definitely should have. Turned to the lot he gave us the space we needed to discuss, and we ultimately decided that an equinox we had driven at another location was a better fit for us. YALL THIS MAN GOT THAT CAR DEIVEN OVER TO HIS STORE FOR US SO WE COULD HAVE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED! He treated us like people instead of a dollar sign and that’s really important. He sent the card to detail for a wash and filled the tank up before we drove off the lot. I just want to say a huge thank you to our salesman, Eric Story and Superior Nissan! We will probably use Eric for any car that we buy in the future. Save yourself the trouble save yourself the time and go to Superior Nissan first! They have an incredible pre owned selection.

I was trying to install a fire thrower exhaust kit and connected a wire to the ignition switch, after I tried to start it and wouldn’t start. We recently purchased an Armada from Superior Nissan in Conway and had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Our sales manager, Jim, was professional and worked quickly to make the process as easy as possible. Every single person in the building was welcoming and kind, making us feel comfortable. They even shot off confetti for us when we signed the papers! I am from Fayetteville and will be sending friends and family down to Conway so they can have as enjoyable an experience as I had in purchasing a car.

I had a good experience with my sales person ,but that finance department is another story he tried to add a 4,500 warranty without my consent I told him to take it off I didn't care if he was annoyed, My credit score was 780 I got 11.39 percent which didn't seem correct and I question him he told me interest rates are up no more low percentage I didn't believe him ,so am getting refinanced through my bank just beware of the finance department and stay firm with your pricing

Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Finance department was another story. He tried to slide in extra warranty and then told us we were "silly" for not taking the warranty because of a lower interest rate as his volume continued to get louder. You know that person that just acts like he's superior and if you disagree then your the "silly" one? That's him and to top if off, he was being supervised and the supervisor never stepped in to calm the situation.

Professional affordable service

I made an online inquiry at 5pm on Wednesday and immediately heard from Abraham Henson. He asked me a couple of questions, and by noon on Thursday I was driving away in a beautiful new car! I've never had an easier and more pleasant car dealership experience. I live about 30 minutes away, but will be happy to drive to Conway for all my service appointments -- they were THAT great! Also, many thanks to Brad DeSalvo in Finance for making that process quick and painless! These guys deserve a raise!

I was approaching the door and someone met me outside and asked what brought me in. I pointed to the vehicle I had been looking at online and before I knew it, there was a salesman with the keys at the vehicle. He stated to get in and we will take it for a drive. We got in and the salesman was very professional and kind. We talked the whole way through the test drive. Once we returned to the dealership, he walked me around the vehicle and showed me the features and how to use them. We went to walk inside and were greeted by the manager/owner of this location and he was very professional as well. A little while later I am signing papers in another man’s office and he was kind and courteous as well. Very good transaction, I do recommend the courteous staff.

Top notch experience we had trading our car to purchase a new truck!!! Our salesperson Ken Martin was absolutely superb!! Ken was training a new salesperson Timber…she is learning from a great guy and is definitely someone to also ask for when visiting the dealership!! Mr. Cliff, the dealership manager visited with us and made the experience even more so personal!!! This is our second purchase with a Superior Dealership and we definitely will visit there again when time for another purchase!!!
